  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds will not be issued until the item has been received, and a $6 credit card processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

  • All my pieces are guaranteed for 30 days following delivery. If the piece breaks during normal use or it is found to be defective, you can contact me within 30 days of receipt to arrange for repair or replacement of the item.

  • Your order can be cancelled at anytime before it has been shipped; however, due to the payment platform I use, you will be charged a $6 credit card processing fee.

    If you need to make changes to your order after placing it, contact me BEFORE the order ships and I will do my best to make the desired changes.

  • Yes! I can do custom orders or make customizations to certain products.   • Yes! We can ship it to whomever you like as long as their shipping address is in the United States.
